- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I took my car to get a quote for repairs for a noise coming from the engine bay. then after my car being in their possession for 2 days I phoned to see if they dad got round to having a look. they quoted me £965.00 over the phone. I then went to collect the car and noticed a dent in the bonnet. after asking them what it happened they said that they did not lift the bonnet and do not know how it could have got there. after several phone calls and an official letter (23 days) later I visited the garage for the owners reply, I was thinking about a reply but you can not prove it was us so I didn t and said there is nothing he is going to do about the dent, and there is nothing I can do. if you do use this garage please use caution and take pictures of your car prior to leaving it in their hands, to prove what was and was not there in the case of any complaints from the customer.By Admin, July 09, 2019
